The Goal of the Game is to maximise your score by making 21’s as fast as you can.
Move the top card from the draw pile to one of the four columns. The number over the draw pile shows the number of cards remaining in the draw pile. You can move a card to any card maintaining the total resulting value of the cards 21 or less.
A casino chip is displayed a top each column where it is possible to place the current card. The number at the top of each column shows the current total of the cards in that column. Face cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) have a value of 10; Aces can be either 1 or 11; as according to maintaining the total resulting value less then or equals to 21.
The two Black Jacks (the Jack of Spades and the Jack of Clubs) are special cards. Playing one on any column will clear that column, no matter what the total. As a reminder, when a Black Jack appears, the words “Blackjack Attack” will flash.
Game Strategy
Always create a 21 when you have the chance to. Keeping as many open columns as possible reduces your chance of having to discard.Remember that 16 of the 52 cards have a value of 10 so try to create columns with 11 in them, which will combine with any 10 to form a 21.
There are only 4 aces; try to keep track of how many you’ve seen so far.
Similarly, try to remember how many of the two Black Jacks are still left.

Mansion Casino is continuing to add new additions to their already impressive roster of online casino games provided by the premier online casino software team at Playtech.
The two new Video Slot games added this week are Bonus Bears and What’s Cooking. Both games deliver high-level graphical animation and all the exciting bells and whistles you’ve come to expect from Playtech’s superb design team.
Bonus Bears is a 5-reel, 25-payline multi-coin Video Slot with an Alpine picnic flavor. Game symbols include picnic baskets, beehives and bees, park rangers, smelly skunks and, of course, bears.
Players will be excited by the opportunities presented by two Bonus Rounds: a Free Spins feature where winnings can be tripled and a cute Honey Feature game where winnings are accumulated as the Bonus Bear shimmies his way up a tree. The more honey pots the Bear collects, the more you win. However, players need to be careful as a swarm of angry bees will send the Bonus Bear crashing to the ground, ending the Bonus Round and limiting honey pot winnings.
What’s Cooking is a 5-reel, 30-payline multi-coin Video Slot for the homemakers as it has a decidedly kitchen theme.
What’s Cooking features include:
* Dollar Ball side game
* Bonus Round – grants players free spins with a win multiplier
* Scatter Bonus – three or more Chef symbols trigger the Scatter Bonus resulting in an instant win
* Free Spin Bonus Round – triggered when Cookbook symbols appear on reels 1 and 5. The player must then build a sandwich, where the different types of fillings and condiments determine the number of free spins and multipliers

In America, a Congressman has testified that regulating and taxing online gambling could generate up to $42 billion for Federal coffers over the next decade.
The data, based on a detailed tax revenue analysis conducted by an independent accounting firm, was provided in testimony submitted to the House Committee on the Judiciary recently by Representative Jim McDermott. The Washington Democrat also detailed policy refinements to his legislative proposal, the Internet Gambling Regulation and Tax Enforcement Act (IGREA).
‘Even under the most conservative estimates, licensing and regulating Internet gambling and collecting the taxes will provide much-needed revenue to the US Treasury,’ said McDermott.
McDermott stated that $3.1 to $15.2 billion in revenues could be generated by taxing online gambling over the first five years followed by $8.7 to $42.8 billion over the first decade.
‘This is money we are currently losing to other jurisdictions because some of my colleagues’ think we can actually stop people from gambling online,” said McDermott.
The Congressman stated that IGREA had been refined to provide better protections against tax cheats to increase Federal revenues from permissible online gambling activity. In addition, a proposed fee in the legislation would see licensed online gambling operators pay two percent of player deposits to the Government.
‘Most of the revenues generated would come from taxes required under existing law that we currently lose because of a misguided belief that we can actually stop Internet gambling,’ said McDermott.

Rumours that online gaming will be enabled on long haul flights have been circuited for over a year, and now one of the UK’s top national tabloids, the Sunday Mirror, has reported that 888 may be offering in-flight gambling as early as 2008.
Ryanair is the suggested airline company that will pioneer the project. It is predicted that they will provide access to the internet, so that passengers can log on exclusively to 888 website and deposit using credit card before playing any of their online games including casino, poker and backgammon.
It is reported that British Airways, Singapore Airlines and Cathay Pacific have also signed up to the scheme. It is expected that others will soon follow. GamCare, the UK based responsible gaming charity has shown concern, calling for caps on the amount of time that people can access the site and play.

European trade chief Peter Mandelson has called on the US to allow European companies renewed access to its multibillion-dollar online gambling industry.
Mandelson pushed for an end to the exclusion of European companies and other trading partners from the US online gambling market, arguing that it is a better and fairer solution than compensation.
European online gambling companies saw billions of euros wiped of their market values last year following Washington’s decision to close off its market.
“The US has so far opted for compensation to make right what is wrong. I do not think that compensation does that job,” Mandelson told the European Parliament.
“What we really need is for the legislation to be put right and for foreign operators to stop being excluded and discriminated against in this way.”
